TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ReelCut: Video Editor & Maker

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using ReelCut (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
Invis Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or commercial content creation, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or distribute the App, except as permitted by law.
3. Your content and responsibility
- You keep full ownership of the videos, photos and audio you create or edit with the App.
- All processing happens on your device, and we do not claim any rights over your content.
- You are solely responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to use all media you import (including music, images and video clips). Do not use copyrighted material without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to create, edit or share content that:
- is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory or sexually exploitative (including any content involving minors);
- infringes copyright, trademarks or the privacy of others;
- is intended to deceive, defraud or cause harm.
You also agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt or misuse the App or its services.
5. ReelCut Pro subscription
- ReelCut Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks features such as 2K/4K export, ad removal, pro assets and priority support.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the price shown at purchase and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies.
- We may change subscription prices or features, and will give notice as required by Google Play and applicable law.
6. Advertising
The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.
7. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase and Google Play). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, logo, name and built-in assets (filters, effects, templates and similar), belongs to Codebyte Tech or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Pro assets are licensed for use within your videos but may not be extracted, redistributed or sold on their own.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or that exports will always meet your expectations. Because your media is stored on your device, we are not responsible for lost or damaged files. Please keep backups of important content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codebyte Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Terms that by nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App, its features or these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Nepal / your country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
